Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 lb top round roast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp rosemary & thyme
  • 1 tsp salt & black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions
 

  • Pat roast dry, rub with oil & herbs.
  • Sear in skillet 2-3 mins per side.
  • Roast at 325°F (20 min per pound).
  • Rest 15 mins, slice against the grain.
